At Luxovague, we deliver across the United Kingdom with full tracking on every order. Here's everything you need to know about how your order reaches you.

1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom. We do not deliver to PO Box addresses, BFPO/military addresses, or restricted areas.

2. Delivery Costs

Delivery is free on all orders, with no minimum spend.

3. Processing & Delivery Times

• Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Transit time: 3–10 business days (Monday–Friday)
• Total delivery time: 4–12 business days
• Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM (GMT) — orders placed after this are processed the next business day

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or busy periods. We'll email you if there's a significant delay.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email to enter on our Track Your Order page. Initial tracking information may take a few days to appear after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed parcel, the order may be returned to us. We'll contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional costs if the address error was on your side. Please check your address carefully before placing your order.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@luxovague.com with your order number (and photos in the case of damage). We'll open an investigation with the carrier and find a solution — either a replacement or a refund.
